Taxes and The Economy 

New Jersey is burdened by some of the highest taxes in the nation, which stifle economic growth and place pressure on families and small businesses. We are committed to cutting taxes, creating jobs, and giving residents the financial relief they deserve by promoting various policies: 

• Cutting the State Income Tax: The Democrats have destroyed the middle class. We believe in reducing the income tax rates across all brackets, with a specific focus on providing relief to the middle class and small businesses. 

• Ending the Gas Tax Increase: We need to freeze or roll back recent increases in the state gas tax. 

• Cap Property Taxes: Implement a cap on property tax increases to ensure long-term affordability for homeowners and protect them from excessive taxation. 

• By lowering and cutting taxes, we will be able to allocate funds from taxes to improve our infrastructure and roads. 

• Tax Incentives for Businesses: NJ is the 5th worst state in the nation for businesses. We need to provide tax breaks for small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs to stimulate job creation. 

• Reform Occupational Licensing: We believe in reducing unnecessary licensing requirements to help more people enter the workforce and start businesses. 

Immigration 

New Jersey must restore the rule of law and protect its citizens by ending the sanctuary state policies that incentivize illegal immigration and burden taxpayers. We are committed to ending New Jersey's sanctuary state status to ensure that residents benefit from fair immigration laws. 

Policy Proposals: 

• End Sanctuary State Status: We will work to rescind sanctuary policies and ensure local law enforcement cooperates fully with federal immigration authorities. 

• Reinforce Border Security: We will support federal efforts to secure the border and prevent illegal immigration and drug trafficking. 

• Support Legal Immigration: We will advocate for a merit-based immigration system that prioritizes skills, job creation, and alignment with America first values. 

The 2nd Amendment 

The right to keep and bear arms is fundamental to our freedoms. We are committed to defending the Second Amendment and protecting the rights of New Jersey residents to lawfully own and carry firearms. 

• Defend Constitutional Carry: We will advocate for the right to carry firearms in public without excessive government restrictions. 

• Repeal Gun Control Laws: We will work to roll back unconstitutional restrictions, including the ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. 

• Protect Gun Ownership Rights: We will ensure law-abiding citizens can purchase, own, and carry firearms without undue interference from the state. 

4. Medical Freedom & Making NJ Healthy Again 

We believe in personal responsibility and the right of individuals to make informed decisions about their own health and well-being. We will work to promote medical freedom, better access to preventive care, and healthier lifestyles, free from government interference. 

• Promote Health Education: We will empower parents to have more control over the health education their children receive, allowing for diverse approaches that align with family values. 

• Right to Make Medical Decisions: We will uphold the right of individuals to make their own medical decisions, including access to experimental treatments and drug use under appropriate circumstances. 

• Unban Distribution of Raw Milk and bring support back to local farmers: We will support local farmers by removing restrictions on raw milk, allowing consumers the freedom to choose their preferred products. 

Parental Rights 

Parents, not the state, should have the primary responsibility for raising and educating their children. We are committed to restoring parental rights in our education system. 

• Expand School Choice: We will expand opportunities for charter schools, private schools, homeschooling, and school vouchers so that parents can choose the best educational path for their children. 

• Oppose Gender Ideology in Schools: We will work to prevent the teaching of gender theory and LGBTQ+ ideology in public schools, especially for younger children. 

• Support Parental Consent in Medical Decisions: We will ensure that parents have full control over their children's medical decisions, including choices regarding vaccinations and gender-related healthcare. 

Pro Life: 

The sanctity of life is a fundamental principle rooted in the belief that every human being has inherent dignity and worth from conception. We are committed to ending the radical left's narrative on abortion.  

Ban Late-Term Abortions  

Position: New Jersey should take strong action to limit late-term abortions, particularly those performed after 20 weeks of gestation, except in cases where the life of the mother is at risk. 

• Ban Abortions After 20 Weeks: We are committed to protect legislation that bans elective abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy, in line with the scientific consensus that unborn babies can feel pain at this stage of development. 

• No Taxpayer-Funded Abortions: We are committed to ensuring that taxpayer dollars are not used to fund abortions in New Jersey, except in cases where the life of the mother is endangered 

Foreign Policy 

We believe that our government must prioritize American interests before foreign commitments. We will work to reduce the burden of foreign aid on taxpayers until we have fully addressed our domestic challenges. 

• End Foreign Aid to Foreign Wars: We must halt financial aid to Ukraine and other foreign countries until we have fully addressed pressing issues here at home, including fiscal responsibility, skyrocketing inflation, and the protection of American citizens to place Americans first.
